CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to an abundant amount of last minute cancellations and no-shows, we now reserve the right to charge 50%-100% of the entire service amount of any service.
At Mile High Lashes, we strive to provide the utmost in personalized services to all of our clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you do so 48 hours in advance so that the esthetician may have the opportunity to schedule another client.
* Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur a fee of 50%-100% depending on the cost of the scheduled service.
* Late appointments will be cancelled at 30 minutes past the appointment time.
* “No shows” will not be given an opportunity to reschedule.
We have a no refund policy. If you are worried about the possibility of an allergic reaction to the adhesive, pigment or skin care product, please request a patch test.
